We offer Stroke care at home in order to help and support your loved one to recover gradually. We work alongside with you and will provide ongoing help and post-operative care services with our clinical skills, experience and can personalise your care plan to suit your individual needs during your recovery from hospital or illness to ensure you have a good recovery outcome.
Furthermore, our Care Team can assist you on pain management with your prescribed medications, rehabilitation advice, guidance on how to have full recovery, support you with mobilising and exercises based on your medical advice. We will create a personalised care plan to help you become confident, independent, get you ready for the day and put you to bed as well as taking your bath and more. We provide these services with compassion, patience, kindness and sensitivity thereby respecting your Right to Respect at all times.
We are open and can provide home care support 24 hours a day or visit you on hourly basis daily. All these depends on your needs and requirements, family and friends.
